1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Tempis Timeline software library ("Software") and any commercial licence purchased through our website. By using the Software or purchasing a licence, you agree to these terms.

2. Licence

The Software is source-available under a dual-licence model:

• Non-commercial use is free — personal projects, education, evaluation, and non-commercial work that generates no revenue.
• Commercial use requires a paid licence. This includes any use where revenue is generated, directly or indirectly: SaaS products, paid software, client work, and internal business tools.

A single commercial licence covers one organisation — unlimited developers, unlimited projects, no seat limits.

3. What You Get

A commercial licence grants you:

• The right to use the Software in commercial products for the duration of the licence
• Access to all current and future features released during the licence period
• Priority email support for bug reports, integration questions, and feature requests

4. Billing

Commercial licences are billed monthly or annually per organisation. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your licence at any time. Your licence remains valid until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Software as a standalone product
• Remove or alter licence notices from the source code
• Use the Software commercially without a valid licence

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. See the full licence for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
